FLARE Group based in Hamme, Belgium has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Gyrene Engineering Management to establish a joint enterprise to manufacture dual use products, including the Mangrove in the European Union.
NATO Deputy Secretary General, Radmila Shekerinska, served as witness to the signing between Gyrene founders, AJ Scotti and Michael Smith and Bert Buyle and Bill Minkoff who represented the FLARE Group.
