Meet the Team
Bill Minkoff
Bill Minkoff has over four decades of experience in aviation management. He has successfully guided numerous organizations through their growth phases. Bill was a former Naval Aviator, member of the Delta Air Lines Critical Incident Response Team and co-author of the Aviation Safety Action Program. He graduated from Rutgers University and holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University, Owen School of Graduate Management.
Bert Buyle
Bert Buyle studied at the University of Antwerp and has a Master in Business and Financial Sciences with a specialization in marketing. He founded and co-founded several companies in the electronics- and aviation industry in Europe, the USA and Asia. Bert has been an Advisory Board member for several companies and is a global ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce in Flanders. He founded the Euramec group of companies which is becoming a leading company in training and simulation and a major asset in Flare Group.
Edwin Brenninkmeyer
Owner / Founder / CEO of an aviation services company specialising in aircraft sales, maintenance and flight operations with expertise in entrepreneurship and scaling businesses. Previously worked in venture capital specialising in aviation and in international retail, expanding the company’s business in Eastern Europe, in the mid 2000s. He has been flying for 37 years, from displaying ex-military jets to commercial flying in executive jets and still flies professionally, for his business. He holds an Executive MBA from Oxford University.
Koen Staut
Koen Staut holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the KdG University of Applied Sciences. Beginning his career in the banking sector, he transitioned into executive leadership, serving as CFO across a diverse range of industries. A seasoned entrepreneur, Koen has successfully founded and scaled multiple aviation companies across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Currently, he serves as a distinguished business coach at Vlerick Business School and leverages his multi-disciplinary expertise in a Deputy CEO capacity to drive strategic value for global organizations.
